I could've missed a message on it but:
The Bone shield sustain when raised in talent level, increases the number of blocks... but does not reduce the number of turns to restore a bone shield. I was wondering why my rests were always taking in the hundreds of turns: it was still taking 30 turns to restore each one, even at talent level 5.
Turn off the sustain, turn back on, suddenly my rest turns drop to 12-18 after a fight. I think somehow it is updating the number of shields you can create without the cooldown for creating a new shield. If it did both or neither, that'd probably make sense (Either you don't have to turn it off/on or you do), but showing part of the upgraded talent is confusing.

Re: [1.4.6] Bone Shield on Talent Up
Bone Shield has the no_sustain_autoreset flag enabled.
When you levelup, the sustain needs to disable and re-enabled for changes to take effect, but for some talents that would be a really bad thing - Bone Shield being one of them, you'd lose your existing shields. So, it won't autodisable and leave you vulnerable.
You'll need to disable and re-enable the sustain when you have a safe moment.

Yeah, reasonable 'but': it does actually modify the number of bone shields that will get created, so if you're not paying attention, it looks like it leveled up just fine?
