Maybe not quite a bug, but at the same time, the only things in the game so far that care:

If you vault a Ring of Lost Love, it will prevent it from spawning at all in the game. This will also prevent the entire Crimson Templar event from happening.

If you vault a Steam-powered armor (and likely any other capstone), it will count as having ever had it, preventing making it in that version. Capstone also don't tell any reason for the failure to create (It just silently does nothing without message, after making the hammer sound). That probably could use some messaging if it's intentional to block.

I just mention as the game generally doesn't block respawns of standarts based on vault items previously, so these sort of stand out.
