When the saw shell talent, granted by the steamtech tinker, is used on an enemy, it sometimes (about 50% of the time it seems) fails to provide any information about the status of the used talent. The talent goes on cooldown and the shooting sound is played, but no miss OR damage report is given. This doesn't seem to be related to a completely missing projectile from first tests as this still happens even in a completely straight corridor.
To reproduce: simply equip and use saw shell on enemies.

if the projectile is slow, the enemy can dodge it. In that case, it falls silently to the ground.

I've had this problem with the magnetic shell talent, too.

As I mention already in the initial post, this does not seem to be related to the projectile completely missing. Random guess, based on high armor play: sometimes things don't report if they are hit that is entirely soaked by armor. No zero damage message comes up.
