[Embers 1.0.1] Orcguardian spawned friendly at ruineddungeon

three orcs spawned friendly at ruined dungeon and one of them was orb guardian.
I had to force attack them to unlock orb.

Actually I don't know It is bug or not but it is weird.

Embers is a little inconsistent about when orcs will attack you. I had vaults with hostile orcs, and obviously the internment camp, but ruined dungeon and the temporal zone only had friendly orcs.
