No mana pool, while having an arcane talent

In Embers, I got premonition from the psi-machine, while playing a sawbutcher orc.
And I did not got any mana pool at all. As soon as I activate premonition, it desactivates immedialtely...

You generally do not get mana pool from sustained talents. You still have max mana, but it's hidden.
It's strange that it deactivates though. What does the log say?

There is nothing really interesting in the log, IMHO.

Premonition is on autouse, so I have this message periodically after the CD of the spell.
And of course, I do not have any antimagic item that could explain the desactivation.
