[1.4.4] Teleport Immunity not absolute

Seems that Phase Door (and perhaps other things) don't seem to care that a player has 100% teleport immunity and can offensively teleport them anyway.

Is it a teleport, or an effect that isn't coded as a teleport?

Except you said phase door, so I assume you know what you're talking about. Just wondering.
