[Embers] Unlocks don't work?

So I just finished a run on Nightmare/Exploration, so I can unlock stuff. And I should have gotten a Race and a Class but when I choose New Game, the Options do not appear, it's just the default starting options.

Is there a way to fix this? Because 3 new classes and 3 new races, would be fun to always play a class with a different class.
