Staircase stacking

I killed Ungole in Ardhungol while standing on the staircase. So the portal back to Gates to Morning is on top of the staircase. Not really a "bug", but a bit confusing (also prevents me from stair hopping, at least w/o taking the long route).

could be an easy fix. simply check if character is on an "important tile", and if yes, spawn portal where the enemy died. if no, under you.

but where outside of arena does that happen?
the spider thing that ate a paladin?
