Killed Aletta in vault wall, loot fell inside vault

The vault was not yet opened. Dunno if true bug, but it seems like the loot should fall outside the vault if a ghost dies inside the wall and the vault is not yet open.

if the square itself is pathable, loot can be dropped there, regardless of whether there is connection to the entrance or not.
if an enemy dies in a wall, its loot is send randomly, somewhere nearby.
also, if she was capable of walking in the wall, then it wasn't a true vault.
