[1.4.1] Defiling touch activate available from level 1

Defiling touch's description still says it can only be activated at talent level 5 but I can use it to boost my curses right from Lvl 1. Pretty sweet but probs not intended!

I only have Stone Wardens, Ashes, Item Vault and Marson's Bosses gone AWOL! active so nothing that should mess with talents.
