[1.3.1] Rantha doesn't give ice wyrm tooth

Killing Rantha the Worm doesn't provide the ice wyrm tooth for the Alchemist Quest. I'm not sure if Varsha the Writhing provides the fire wyrm ingredient, but it's probably worth checking.
