'Melinda, lucky girl' autosave bug

The autosave that happens at the start of your date with Melinda on the Southern Beach does not appear to continue the quests script upon loading.

My power went out when trying to defend Melinda from the floating demon babies, and upon reloading, nothing happens and she just follows me around the area. I also can't leave the area. When I try to leave it says "You have not finished your romantic time at the beach". Fortunately, I could recall out but the quest does not seem to complete even after talking with her again back in town.

Bug: Reloading the autosave from the date with Melinda on the Southern Beach will make the player unable to leave Southern Beach.

Maybe Melinda just wants to spend time with you. Forever.

I have this same bug and wanted to know if there was a fix besides just restarting my character because I'm stuck.

Same as the above, send your savefile in to be fixed.
