Bug: Disappeared from world map

I left the Mark of the Spellblaze via the Rod of Recall and when I returned to the map, my character was invisible and unable to make any action on the world map. When I click on a location it says; "You don't see how to get there..." Is there any way to repair the save or force spawn myself into an area?
