Stuck on world map

Ok, so real quick, I was playing as a bulwark, and sadly died. I got transported to the eidolon realm where I rested up and turned all my sustains on, including last stand, about to go back into battle. At the last minute however I decided not to, and ask to go somewhere else. This lead me to be on the world map with last stand active; unable to move anywhere or re-enter the dungeon. As you can't turn off sustains on the world map I'm quite stuck.

Not sure if this can be fix and my character saved or not. Thanks.

Athe the worst, you could send your savefile in to the help desk to be fixed. However, it might be easier and quicker to hop on IRC, and catch me (Aura), Stunt, or Dekar around. We can force you into last hope, where you'll be able to turn off last stand.
