[1.3.1] Tier 5 drop in Daikara

A randboss I killed in Daikara dropped a t5 item (not an artifact - it's a prismatic drakeskin leather cap of strength).

It's not the first time this has happened - I've seen random green t5 drops in early game zones and random t1 drops in the prides. It was always one item and it's from a unique or a randboss.

Could be related to the way chests bypass the restrictions I guess.

I don't think I've ever seen it, but a lot of people talk about cakewalking the early game by pulling T5 artifacts from the chests in Sandworm. I'd guess the math works out so T5 drops start being possible, but very unlikely, in the second set of dungeons.

Chests drop random items (very rarely t5s but it happens), so that's working as intended. This isn't supposed to happen.

Yesterday, I had a blue tier 5 drop from an ambush at level 13. The ambush guys were what, level 16-18 elites? This happened on normal roguelike, and I never even seen a tier 3 item with that character in all the dungeons he visited up to that point.

So yeah, it's been much fun hacking tier 2 monsters with a tier 5 greatsword, but should that happen?

I've seen uniques (and maybe rares?) drop out of depth loot. This is most obvious on insane where you find more of them. Something about the way their drops generate are skipping material level checks for the zone, at least in some cases.
