Infinite (?) damage from Paradox Mage rare

Now, it's Madness, so I can't be certain that this is a bug - but take a look at the attached screenshot, with small amounts of damage dealt about a dozen times, totaling to 1400ish damage (about twice the largest hit I had received up to that point in the game). It looks like there was some kind of recursion loop causing the damage to be repeated indefinitely.

The rare has a high-level Gravity Locus sustain going, which slows all incoming projectiles, including the Temporal Bolt it's hitting you with. I am guessing that the Temporal Bolt's projectile speed is so slow that it can't leave your square, so it keeps hitting you. Why so many times in a row? I don't know.

I never realized that Gravity Locus slows your OWN incoming projectiles. That's horribly, wonderfully evil. I love it!
