Broken/Corrupted/Permanently Unusable Item Vault slot

Hi.
It seems like I have an item vault slot permanently blocked from usage.

A few days ago I found a really good unique sword called Winter-somthing. It was a tier 5 longsword that had an on hit effect that did swirls of cold that could be transformed into blocks.

Anyways. I stashed this marvellous treasure for further use on my next character I'd make. When I came to try and withdraw the items, I couldn't. It would always show the "Error while transferring from the online vault, please retry later!".
"Aww that's unfortunate, my item got corrupted or something when I deposited it." I thought. Then someone through chat let me know I could delete items through the website for situations like this.
So I did. But now (tried at 3 occasion by putting a bunch of gems), it seems like there's always one item I just cannot withdraw, that will error out. The same error massage is always displayed for an item and I cannot access it.

I guess I can just leave it, not delete it from the website, but that does mean I am down one item vault slot permanently.

Damn pan-dimensional quantum vaults are always messing up.
Maybe try deleting everything from it?
