can't retrieve sword from vault

i'm running a sun paladin. after taking the fortress i went to the vault to take some real cool items, amongst which the artefact sword wintertide. all items were successfully retrieved except the sword. error message; error while transferring from the online item's vault, please retry later.

after several reboots of the game and two reboots of my computer the vault still refuses to give me the sword. which i hate cause it's a real cool blade. in a thread from someone else about not being able to retrieve gems from the vault it was suggested you can delete from the vault from your profile. but hey! i don't want to lose the sword! what's going on here?

I have the same issue. I opened a new thread for the issue as the problem is bigger than just the sword being not retrievable. Atleast for me, it screwed my item vault permanently after deleting through the website. My item vault always has an item erroring out.

But the exact same issue happen to me, with the exact same sword.

It might be a huge coincidence that this happened with the same item, but I highly doubt it. It has to be related to this sword.
