[1.3.1] Oozewalk removes positive effects - bug?

The talent description says it "cleanses" physical and magical effects. However, it seems to prioritize going after positive ones. When you have effects like Resolve , Natural Acid, Regeneration and Heroism in combat regularly, it becomes almost impossible to actually cleanse any kind of status you'd want to cleanse with the talent.
