[1.3.1] Memory Leak When Scrolling Game Log

If have noticed similar memory behavior in 1.3.1 with only Ashes and Stone Warden addons when I scroll in the game log. My memory normally sits around 500-700Mb, but when I open the game log and start scrolling it rapidly grows to 1.7-1.8Gb. After I close the log and wait a bit it will drop back down to the 1.3-1.4Gb range, but won't release all the memory unless I go back to the Main Menu and restore the save. I should note the game does remain stable at that point, but is a bit laggy.
