Old forest re-rolled after death (see the threads?) 1.3.1

I died on level 3 of the old forest in the bandit fortress vault and asked to be returned to a safe place. I respawned on the world map and I reentered the old forest right away and found the first level at least had been recreated. Before I died I had used See The Threads but the effect had ended quite some time before I died.

I have included the whole log file since I did not know what might be useful. I'm afraid its rather huge since it had been a long play session.

People had level rerolls many times with the old time traveling talents so it's quite likely that this is the issue here.
