[1.3.1]Ogric Wrath / Ogre fury duration bugged

Ogric Wrath talent description says each charge of Ogre Fury lasts 7 turns.
But when I get the effect, it lasts *ONE* turn.

EDIT Weirdly enough, this happens if I miss ONCE, but if I miss again (so twice in a row), the duration does go to 7.
