[1.31 ashes 1.04] Demologist sustains and resting

So when resting with 2 sustains that drain vim it seems like the game waits for cooldowns and turns one off before turning the other one off later,
possibly leading to partial or total draining of your vim, here's me after a fight:

One of the talents is deactivated for me, then rest waits for CDs and then deactivates the other one, with 2 vim left!

I'm not sure if there's any other such talents on different classes or the same class itself yet but it may be worth checking.
