game freezes at 100% loading screen

I bought the game with the expansion in steam and the game was working fine till lush forest, the game froze loading that level and every time i try to load the game it stop at 100%

I have to add something: a few days ago i left the game running with the loading screen in 100% (loading my char in that forest) and after a while the game loaded but only the UI: chat, log, skill icons, life and other bars, etc. The rest (my char, the stage) was black
The log was being filled by days passing fast

I didn't get an error, the loading bar stopped at 100% and it was taking more time than normal to load so i closed the game, that happened a few times, so later i left the game running and after an unnatural amount of time (i don't know how much) it load

if you're asking me for the log of the first time, i don't know if i have it or how to get that

If the loading bar stops, there is an error. But it doesn't display it.

What you are getting an error from now, is loading a game where you are seeing a map that doesn't exist, and you don't exist on it.

You won't have the original error, as the log is wiped each time you run the game.
