[1.2.5] Strange damage mod on Eclipse staff
By default, this staff has 15% increased damage for all the Star elements. If you use Command Staff, it actually gets 18% increased damage for Mage and Vile elements. Apparently there is some built-in -3% damage for Star elements, making this item weaker for the classes that are intended to use it. I would recommend just getting rid of that -3% damage mod so it works the same for all elements.

I tried this in 1.3 and now it gives 15% for all elements instead of 18%. Was that intended?
