[1.2.5] Tranquil Meadow/Angolwen Portal bug

During my last playthrough as Cursed entrance to the Tranquil Meadow was located exactly where the portal to Angolwen should appear once you finish "An apprentice task" quest. After I finished it, Tranquil Meadow got replaced by the Angolwen Portal, making it unable to enter.
