Invincible flamespitter

Hi i'm new to this, but i just wanted to let you know that a flamespitter i summoned turned invincible. It doesn't attack or move, and the chat says "x killed ritch flamespitter" numerous times. It doesn't count towards my summons.

I should be running the latest version, but i can't check without going through a lot of work. My os is mac yosemite.

Sometimes when something dies it stays there with 0 hp and doesn't get remove from the map. It re-dies from any source of damage.
I *think* that only happens ot summons. I've seen it only happen to summons.

EDIT: Now I think of it... might be a fault in our mod.class.PartyDeath. if someone could look into it I'd be pleased.

Its a clone bug, so it might already be fixed.
Though there is a hint of another one involving summoned creatures getting killed on the turn they are summoned also doing it.
My feedback meter decays into coding. Give me feedback and I make mods.
