Stuck in Infinite Dungeon

I started a new game in the ID and after clearing the first floor I noticed that the stairs to the next floor are absent.

Autoexplore tells me nothing is left to explore after which I dug up everything, which still showed no stairs down.

Infinite dungeon starts with a free pickaxe, as far as I noticed *points to the quote*

I triplechecked to guarantee that there was not a single square of shadow left and autoexplore fails to send me to the exit.

Unsure why it happened (maybe something that happened overwrote the tile), but I took the liberty of moving you to the next floor in case you cared to continue the run.
