Hello.
Sometime I saw enemies with "unknown" HP, instead of a number. I think it happened in situations where they should have died, I was paying some attention to their HP and the damage I was dealing. When it happened they died with one more blow.

did they have an effect that let them have negative hp? necromancers, have it often.

Certain mobs too, like vampires, don't die at 0 hp, and I don't think all vampires have Blurred Mortality.

Effects and items that grant "die at -some hp" are pretty common now, if it's not Blurred Mortality it's Heroism or some class skill... or even gloves.

I remember one of those was definitely a vampire, but I didn't check carefully what Blurred Mortality did.
