[1.2.5] Oozewalk does not clear blind

Tested this multiple times, and oozewalk just won't clear blind for some reason.

Did some more testing and it's not just blind, it can fail to remove any physical/magical effect.

Are you taking into account that it can remove beneficial effects as well? Like, say, Mucus?
