[1.2.5] Artifact armor "Revenant" is bugged

When I put on Revenant, it sets my stamina to 262 (out of 274) and I am no longer able to recover my stamina above that value. Resting results in an infinite loop until I cancel it.

I have the same problem. It completely breaks auto-explore as well.
