Derth Storm Cloud

For some reason after defeating Talus and recieving the text box saying the
storm cloud over derth has lifted, the town is still very dark. It is almost
unseeable. It always made me feel that I had not fully accomplished my goal
and that Derth would never be the same. I had hoped that this would be fixed
in the latest update, but, alas, it was not. I would love to come back and see sunshine and birds.

This issue is still around as of 1.2.4. You can kill Urkis to complete the quest, but Derth stays dark.
