The Sun Paladin can (still) get arcane disrupting items at the merchant.
In my case I had a dwarf sun pala and rolled arcane disrupting gauntlets and plate armor.

My last insane stone warden winner got not one, but TWO arcane-disrupting shields before I gave up.
