Unique item (Tooth of the Mouth) drops twice

Tooth of the Mouth was dropped twice. Ben Cruthdar the Cursed and (regular, not alt) Kor'Pul boss both dropped it. I have version 1.2.3 / Linux 32-bit, downloaded from the website.

Did Ben drop it, or did the woodcutters give it to you?

CAN woodcutters give anything other than a t1 pickaxe with -1 fatigue and +1str?

Actually I'm not sure. Anyway, I got it from Ben quest one way or another.
