[1.2.3] Very wierd bug with keybind tooltips

So, here's how it goes:

1) I had Ctrl + 1.. 6 bound to certain action slots. The icons displayed "C1 ... C6" as hotkey tooltips.
2) I've rebound those to F1...F6
3) Now the icons show F1...F6 as hotkey tooltips.
4) HOWEVER, if I use any spell that requires targeting (not the "free look" mode, but something like Phase Door or Aether Breach), then the hotkey tooltips revert to showing C1...C6 until some other action is taken (meaning, after I cancel spell, they still show C1..C6 until I move or cast something else, or press some other keyboard key)

I guess it's some wierd interface update problem, and the effect is miniscule, still worth fixing though
