[1.2.3] Weapon of Wrath only applies once per turn

The sun paladin's Weapon of Wrath skill seems to only be active for one attack per turn. This means that if you strike multiple targets with something like Death Dance or Flash of the Blade, only one enemy is affected by the Martyrdom debuff and the fire damage proc.
