Invisible, intangible, flytrap

So, there is some sort of sleeping flytrap on the 3rd level of Heart of the Gloom with me, but it is impossible to find. It doesn't show up on the screen, it doesn't register when trying to rest, and having physically gone through and walked into every individual tile, it can't be interacted with at all. AoE doesn't seem to help at all either. It's very weird all in all.

Also, noticed shortly after that the build plan add-on (the one that puts you to level 50 for a moment so you can plan out all your talents) seemed to stop working, not sure if the two problems are related or not.
