I'm an arcane blade who was interested in buying staff training. I unlocked it through an escort, but couldn't find the bar to spend the points in. I then went to the staff trainer, requested staff training, and did not have the option of buying it.
I recall I had a similar experience with a past character where an unlock just didn't show up anywhere for me to spend the points on after supposedly receiving the ability to. Currently I'm playing an Arcane Blade Cormic on the Steam version. His name is Stalfos.

Just started a Thalor berserker named Dundi. Ate the wurm heart. It stated I could now buy the harmony talents. They aren't listed anywhere to unlock on my ability sheet. Is this a bug, or do I need to reinstall?
