Shivgoroth Form talent remains when you refund points.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- Level up every talent in Spell/Water tree by 1 point
- Use Shivgoroth Form and Ice Storm
- Refund every points in Spell/Water tree
You can also repeat these steps and another Shivgoroth talent will appear on your hotkeys bar.
