[1.2test5] Alt+Tab changes resolution + rare crash issue

First issue: Alt+Tab to switch in and out of windows causes ToME to resize to 800x600, screwing up my layout and shrinking the window rather badly with pretty decent consistency. My standard resolution is 1366x746 windowed according to ToME.

Second issue: I've not had luck consistently reproducing this, but it's happened more than once at this point: after playing for a while, going to the Main Menu (and usually alt+tabbing out to check something as ToME closes) instead crashes ToME, which triggers Safe Mode afterward.
