[1.1.5.] Sandworm Queen not spawning.

As the title implies, no sandworm spawned. Consulting the te4_log.txt, this turned up.

I suspect that has something to do with it, though im not sure what exactly. Any help would be much appreciated!

My bulwark is in lvl4 Sandworm Caves. I followed every worm and didnt found Queen nor stairs down...
Maybe also it didnt spawned for me?

Beside my bulwark, lvl16 found in one of chests in this cave... Orange tier5... staff! Why not a sword? Or shield?

The Sandworm Queen can sometimes die from being buried in sand. Makes finding her heart annoying! Guess you just have to explore as much sand as possible and hope you find her "corpse". Check your log for some message like "you feel a surge of power as an enemy falls nearby", that's a hint that the boss got killed.

This is not related to the above bug though, so if that's what's affecting you too I guess you're SOL.
