Ok, posting again since/in case my last post was tagged for moderation or just didnt make it through some hoops I was unaware of.
Issues with the use of hotkeys to use skills etc.:
1. You get the target info popup covering the target itself, at least if the target is close to the right edge of the screen. This is an annoyance that ofen makes it hard to see if the target is within range.
2. Neither the mouse cursor nor the screen follows the target when you press "1" for 'lightning' or 'drain' etc., but I'd like to see both, especially since a microscopic mouse movement between the first and second acivation of a hotkey means you wasted a skill and a lot of turns, potentially getting yourself killed.
3. It targets invisible enemies. Not sure if this is a feature (your character spotted someone at x location) or a bug.
Thanks, AJ.
EDIT: It'd also be nice to have clicking twice with the mouse on the same hotbar/skillbar(not sure what it's called in ToME) button act as if you'd pressed that hotkey twice on the keyboard, but I sense some conflicts regarding my original request. I guess it's an alternative though.

#3 is a feature. You catch a glimpse of something and target it.
Stronk is a potent combatant with a terrifying appearance.
