[1.1.5] Chat not operational

It seems to be that either chat isn't sending/receiving properly or everyone ignores me. Although the latter is entirely possible, I sincerely doubt that people would completely ignore everything I say, including responses to their questions. As chat is entirely optional to use, I wouldn't necessarily care about it much except it does tend to drive me just a tad insane when there are questions that are getting completely ignored. It is probably worth mentioning that I did not donate, and also did not purchase this game on steam. I have none of the channels disabled, no ignored people, and I can read what other people say perfectly well.

Sounds weird. If you're playing on the same account name as here I gotta say I've never seen your messages and I know I've ignored only a few peeps ever.

Wonder if it's some firewall issues on your end or some global ignore based on IP address, caused by someone else but suffered by you.
