After doing so, I was returned to the main campaign overworld map, rather than the infinite dungeon, and was able to (it appears) play as normal. I expect most triggers would be broken however(?) if any are quest based.

Exit to "Regular" campaign from Infinite Dungeon
While in the infinite dungeon, it's possible to get portals to special dungeons (Ex: Poosh, in this particular instance). I entered Poosh, and then died, whereupon I was given the option to go somewhere else form the Eidolon.
After doing so, I was returned to the main campaign overworld map, rather than the infinite dungeon, and was able to (it appears) play as normal. I expect most triggers would be broken however(?) if any are quest based.
