[1.1.5] Died two times in a single turn

All information I know:
Was attacking an ancient vampire in a level 7 dreadfell (Vault). I somehow died mid attack (Based off of combat log, this was before anything happened). I then immediately died a second time, supposedly to myself. Was playing a Stone specc'd arcane blade (Weird damage values are due to the ring of elemental fury) so shouldn't have been able to hit myself afaik.

After discussing in chat channel, looks like what happened is the following:
I attacked enemy, committing suicide via retaliation damage and spawning a (very) large amount of Stone Shots.

As I flashed into existence before hopping to Eidolon plane, got nailed by the projectiles, OHKOing me.

...if that is in fact what happened, that would ideally not happen

I just had this happen as well, though in a different manner. I've noticed the Alchemist fire talent Blazing Body (or whatever, the one that shoots little fireballs, the last talent in the locked fire tree) says in the description that it doesnt affect party members - but if you walk towards an enemy with it on, it will hit *you*, due to the slow-moving projectiles. So I was using this talent, and I got killed in a big fight, and apparently I was spawned in the Eidolon plane with one of the fireballs - which immediately killed me again, causing to me lose 2 lives (which ended my longest Nightmare run yet :/ )

Damage should really not apply in the Eidolon plane, if nothing else.

I got stuck in Eidolon Plane too - died twice in a second. I didnt wanted to start over so I just left everythin at that point, char is saved at Eidolon Plane ready to talk to NPC but just after that Im moved back to Eidolon Plane without NPC appearance.

Xs3roN'Ioond the level 17 thalore archer was mindraped to death by himself out of supreme humility on level 8 of Dreadfell.
You enter a zero gravity zone, beware!

I dont feel like startin over at all. Is there a chance to be teleported/moved/summoned by GM? That would be great! Thanks in advance!

I had something similar happen to me with a Stone Arcane Blade where I bump attacked an ice block I was stuck in and managed to kill myself with my Earthen Missiles. A fix for this problem would be to make it so projectiles have to move at least one tile before hitting anyone.
