Bugged character?

Sorry for the un-detailed topic but I can't think of a better description. I'd been starting to wonder about some things on this character a few levels back, namely I have no idea where he got that huge lightning damage mod and when-hit damage from, but figured it was some weird stat interaction with equipment I wasn't following. Got to one of the prides and was toggling psi-blades to try to get the psi-blade attacks to recognize that he had them equipped and suddenly regen flipped from +40 to -100. Transmuted all of his gems and un-needed gear, took all his gear off (and stats didn't change?), dropped everything he was carrying, nothing fixed it. Let it run all the way down to 0 health and....he didn't die. As tempting as it is to go charging naked into the Prides as an immortal, I think something is up.

The worst part is, I thought I was doing really really well for once. But I'm starting to think it was twonky before it all went full twonk.
