[1.1.3] Disconnected High Peak level

Had one of HP levels generated with two disconnected parts. I guess someone without a pick/teleport would be stuck.

It's not clear from that screen shot that the level is disconnected. I've noticed that occasionally a vault will block the path to one of the exits, though it's hard to reproduce. Any chance this is what's happening?

Old bug, dunno why it is still not fixed.
It's actually pretty common to have a floor that is not connected, or a vault with inaccessible doors.
This is why you always keep a digging tool on you.
