[1.1.3] [Steam] Errors when trying to access vault.

I purchased on Steam, so I've only recently attempted to use the vault. I was only able to store three items, and since then I've gotten the following error when trying to place an item in the vault:

Error while transferring {item} to the online item's vault, please retry later.

I am able to freely retrieve and store the thee aforementioned items, but nothing new. A failed store attempt will also mark the item with the following text: "This item has been sent to the Item's Vault."

Its not just steam, I have the same error trying to access the vault. I had successfully used the vault in the prior week, to deposit and withdraw.
