Center map doesn't work on some maps

This is possibly already reported since it's (imo) a longstanding bug. On some maps, centering the map does not work. This is a problem when the player is on the extreme sides or bottom of the screen and is obscured by the hotkey bar or the other stuff on the sides.

I thought it was just my shitty laptop display, but after watching some people streaming recently, I realized that everyone has this problem.
