Start a new Adventurer, select Solipsism, and put a point in the first talent.
Don't buy any other talents.
Go look at your resource bars.
You have no Psi bar.
You have no Psi pool.
Solipsism does nothing without a Psi pool.
Cry that you fail at self-delusion.
